どら焼きは、

・信州産こだわり米粉
・地元瀬戸谷産こだわり完全有機抹茶
・地元瀬戸谷産平飼いこだわり卵

を使った、原料すべて国内産のしっとりもちもち米粉どら焼きです。
小豆は北海道産、自家製餡子。
砂糖はきび砂糖を使用しています。


ランチは、

・完全グルテンフリー
・完全ベジタリアン
・地元野菜使用
・自家製発酵調味料使用
・グルテンフリー十五穀米

です。
（醤油はたまり醤油を使用、酢は穀物酢は使用していません。グルテンアレルギーの方も安心してご利用ください。）

our cafe concept is 100% gluten free and vegetarian

Our speciality "Dorayaki" that is Japanese pancakes.
usually, Dorayaki is made from flour but we are using "rice flour" only.
